1. SELLER REGISTRATION
    Sellers must provide accurate business details, contact information and project
    details during registration.
    Kwinset reserves the right to verify seller credentials before approving listings
  1. PROJECT LISTING CHARGE
    A non-refundable Application Charge of Rs. 999 per projects is applicable for
    every project submitted for listing on the platform
    Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval or sale of the project.
  2. PROJECT APPROVAL
    Kwinset reserves the right to approve, reject, remove, or suspend any project listing if:
    False or misleading information is submitted.
    Legal approvals/documents are incomplete.
    Content violates platform policies.
  3. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Kwinset reserves the full right to add, remove, update, or modify these Terms &
    Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such
    changes shall be considered as acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
  4. OFFICIAL PAYMENT RECEIPT POLICY
    Any amount paid to Kwinset without receiving an official printed receipt / authorized
    payment acknowledgement from Kwinset shall be solely at the payer’s risk. Kwinset
    will not be responsible, liable, or accountable for any such payments made without
    valid official confirmation.
  5. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
    Payments to Kwinset can be made only through authorized official payment channels,
    including Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, or company official transaction accounts
    as communicated by Kwinset. Sellers are advised to make payments only to approved
    company payment details and retain proof of payment for reference.
  6. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
    Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy of project details including:
    Pricing
    Location
    Approvals
    Images
    Amenities
    Availability status
    Any disputes arising from incorrect information shall be the seller’s responsibility.
  7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
    Sellers must ensure all projects comply with applicable laws, permissions, registrations,
    and local real estate regulations.
  8. PAYMENTS & CHARGES
    Rs. 999 application fee is payable in advance for each project listing.
    Additional promotional, advertising, or premium listing services may be
    charged separately.
  9. LEADS & ENQUIRIES
    Conversion of leads into sales depends on seller response, pricing, and market
    conditions. No sales guarantee is provided.
  10. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS
    Sellers grant Kwinset permission to use project images, logos, videos, and descriptions
    for platform promotions and marketing purposes.
  11. REFUND POLICY
    Application charges once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
    Refund requests, if any, shall be subject to management approval.
  12. SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
    Kwinset reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for fraud,
    misconduct, non-compliance, or misuse of the platform.
  13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Kwinset acts only as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers.
    The platform is not responsible for project completion, legal disputes, delays, or
    financial transactions between parties.
  14. AMENDMENTS
    Kwinset reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without
    prior notice.
  15. ACCEPTANCE
    By paying the application charge and submitting a project listing, the seller confirms
    acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
